  • You are Indigenous (First Nations, Métis, or Inuit) and between 18 and 25 years old.
  • You are currently waiting for mental health services at Dilico Anishinabek Family Care.
  • You can attend a short orientation session (online or in-person).
  • You must have access to an iPhone or iPad (or be willing to use a study-loaned iPhone) to download the JoyPop app.
