  • You must be between 18 and 25 years old.
  • You must be on the wait-list for mental health services at St. Joseph's Care Group or Thunder Bay Counselling Centre.
  • You need to be available for a virtual or in-person orientation session.
  • You must have access to an iPhone or iPad (iOS device), or you can be provided with one for the study.
