IBB0979 for advanced solid tumors that have stopped responding to treatment

Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 80 years old.
  • You have a confirmed advanced solid tumor that has not responded to standard therapy, or no effective standard therapy is available.
  • You are in reasonably good health (able to care for yourself and out of bed more than half the day).
  • Your major organs (blood, liver, kidneys) are working well enough based on recent blood tests.
  • You have not had certain cancer treatments within the past few weeks, and you agree to use effective birth control during the study and for 3 months after.
