  • You have an advanced solid tumor that has spread or can't be removed with surgery.
  • You have tried standard treatments, or none are available or right for you.
  • You have at least one tumor that can be measured on a scan (like a CT or MRI).
  • You are able to do most daily activities without help (ECOG 0 or 1).
  • Your organs (like liver and kidneys) must be working well enough.
  • You have not had a previous drug that targets ADAM9 or contains a certain type of chemo (topoisomerase 1 inhibitor).
