  • You live in Hawaii on the island of Oahu.
  • You are between 18 and 30 years old.
  • You have been a patient at Kaiser Permanente Hawaii in the past year.
  • You use marijuana, drink heavily, and sometimes use both at the same time.
  • You have had at least 3 problems from alcohol or marijuana recently (like fights, missed work, or health issues).
  • You own a smartphone.
  • You have not been in substance use treatment in the last 3 months.
