Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 25 years old
  • You read and understand English
  • In the past month, you had 4 or more drinks (if you're a woman) or 5 or more drinks (if you're a man) on at least 4 days
  • You drank at least once on 12 or more days in the past month
  • You have at least mild alcohol use disorder (meaning at least 2 of the 11 DSM-5 symptoms)
  • You are open to using a smartphone app to help cut back on drinking
