This study tests a new program that combines telehealth coaching and a smartphone app to help young adults who use cannabis a lot to cut back or quit. If you are a patient at certain Boston clinics and use cannabis on most days, this study might be a good fit for you.

Who can take part

  • You are a patient at Boston Children's Hospital or Martha Eliot Health Center's young adult clinic
  • You are between 18 and 26 years old
  • You use cannabis for fun on most days (more than 3 days a week)
  • You own a smartphone with a password or PIN lock
  • You are not pregnant, parenting, or using cannabis for medical reasons
  • You can read and speak English and are available for 6 months
