Who can take part

  • You are scheduled for a total knee replacement (TKA) at Aalborg University Hospital in Farsø.
  • You do not have daily pain or severe arthritis in your other knee, spine, or other lower body joints.
  • Your body mass index (BMI) is 35 or less.
  • You have not had surgery on your spine or legs in the last 6 months.
  • You are able to use a smartphone regularly.
  • You do not have conditions like dementia, Parkinson's, or rheumatoid arthritis, and you are not frail or dependent on a walker.
