  • Have one of these skin conditions: acne, atopic dermatitis (eczema), chronic hand eczema, hidradenitis suppurativa, palmoplantar pustulosis, or psoriasis — or be a healthy volunteer with no skin condition
  • Be willing to give skin samples (like a small biopsy or swab)
  • Not be pregnant or planning to become pregnant during the study
  • Be in good general health (if you're a healthy volunteer)
