Who can take part
- You have a suspicious lump found during a rectal exam, or an abnormal finding on an MRI or other imaging test.
- Your PSA level is above 10 ng/mL, or between 4 and 10 ng/mL with a low free-to-total PSA ratio (less than 0.16).
- You have had a special MRI (mpMRI) before the biopsy, and the radiologist gave it a score of 3 or higher (suggesting possible cancer).
- You are willing to fill out a questionnaire and come back for follow-up visits.
- You or a family member can sign a consent form agreeing to participate.
