Who can take part
- Age 50 to 90 years old
- Diagnosed with mild cognitive impairment or mild Alzheimer's dementia, with a positive amyloid PET scan or spinal fluid test
- Have a thinking test score above a certain level and can perform daily activities independently or with minimal help
- Have a family member or friend who can come to appointments and report on your daily function
- Must be able to have MRI brain scans and agree to genetic testing for the APOE gene
