Who can take part

  • You have an advanced solid tumor that has spread or cannot be removed by surgery.
  • Your tumor can be measured on scans (like CT or MRI).
  • You are able to take care of yourself (ECOG score 0 or 1).
  • Your liver, kidneys, and bone marrow are working well enough.
  • You have recovered from side effects of past cancer treatments (except hair loss or lab values that still meet criteria).
  • You have not had chemotherapy or other cancer drugs for at least 14 days (for small-molecule drugs) or 28 days (for biologics) before starting this study.
