  • You have an advanced solid tumor cancer (not blood cancer).
  • Your doctors can measure the cancer on scans (measurable disease).
  • Your energy/ability to do daily activities is good (ECOG 0–1).
  • Your blood counts and organ function meet lab requirements (adequate organ function).
  • You are not still recovering from recent treatment side effects more than mild (must be grade 1 or better for most acute toxicities).
