LTC004 with toripalimab for immunotherapy-resistant solid tumors

Who can take part

  • Must be between 18 and 75 years old.
  • You must have a type of advanced cancer (like lung, cervical, head/neck, or esophageal cancer) that has stopped responding to immunotherapy and you had that immunotherapy for more than 6 months with a good response.
  • You must have at least one tumor that can be measured on imaging (CT/MRI).
  • You must be in good physical condition (able to do daily activities without help).
  • You must not have had more than one prior line of chemotherapy and one line of immunotherapy.
  • You must not have untreated brain metastases or other serious health issues like uncontrolled infections or autoimmune diseases.
