Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 80 years old.
- You have an advanced solid tumor that has returned or not responded to standard treatment, or you cannot have or tolerate standard treatment.
- You are willing to provide a tumor sample from a previous biopsy or have a new biopsy done.
- You have at least one tumor that can be measured on scans.
- You must be generally active and able to take care of yourself (ECOG score 0-1).
- If you are a woman who could become pregnant, you must agree to use effective birth control during the study and for 6 months after the last dose.
