Ultrasound-guided pulsed radiofrequency for cancer anal pain

Who can take part

  • You have cancer-related pain in the anal or perineal area (the area around the anus).
  • Your overall health is rated as ASA I or ASA III by your doctor.
  • You do not have a bleeding disorder that makes clotting difficult.
  • You are not allergic to contrast dye (used in some scans).
  • You do not have moderate or severe heart, lung, or liver disease.
