Who can take part
- You have localized anal cancer or perianal skin cancer
- You are about to start or have already started chemotherapy and radiation therapy for your cancer
- You consistently rate your pain as 5 or higher on a 0–10 scale, or pain is interfering with your daily life
- You are 18 years or older
- You are willing to fill out questionnaires and sign a consent form
- Your blood counts (neutrophils and platelets) are above certain minimum levels
