Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You have pain that shoots down one leg (with or without low back pain) for at least 3 months.
  • An MRI scan shows a problem in your spine that matches the location of your leg pain.
  • Your pain feels like it comes from nerve damage (burning, tingling, or electric shocks).
  • You have had a nerve block injection that temporarily relieved your pain.
  • You are willing to sign a consent form to participate.
