Who can take part

  • You have had leg pain on one side for at least 3 months.
  • Your pain is at least a 4 out of 10 on a pain scale.
  • You have a herniated disc or spinal stenosis that is pressing on a nerve, as seen on an MRI.
  • You have tried other treatments (like physical therapy or medications) that haven't worked well.
  • You do not have an active infection, bleeding disorder, recent steroid injection, or uncontrolled psychiatric condition.
