Who can take part
- You must be between 18 and 75 years old.
- Your lung cancer must have an EGFR mutation (exon 19 deletion or L858R) and cannot be cured by surgery or radiation.
- You must be able to get around and take care of yourself (ECOG score 0 or 1).
- Your blood counts, kidney, and liver function must be within certain safe ranges.
