Who can take part

  • You have advanced or metastatic non-squamous non-small cell lung cancer.
  • Your cancer has stopped responding to a third-generation EGFR targeted therapy (like osimertinib).
  • You must have an EGFR mutation (19 deletion or L858R) confirmed by tissue or blood test.
  • You are not eligible if your cancer has transformed into small cell lung cancer or if you have certain other targetable mutations (like HER2, MET, KRAS, etc.).
  • You must be able to swallow pills and have adequate organ function (kidney, liver, blood counts).
  • You have not had prior treatment with pemetrexed and platinum chemotherapy for your lung cancer.
