Who can take part

  • You have been diagnosed with a type of brain tumor called diffuse glioma.
  • You have brain damage from radiation (radionecrosis) seen on scans, with or without new or worsening symptoms.
  • You are able to take care of most daily activities (Karnofsky score of 50 or higher).
  • You have not had treatment with the drug bevacizumab before.
  • You do not have a brainstem glioma or unclear signs of tumor progression versus radiation damage.
