  • You are at least 18 years old.
  • You have at least one tooth that is not savable (hopeless) and needs to be pulled.
  • You plan to have that tooth pulled, get a bone graft, and later get a dental implant.
  • You are willing and able to go through the tooth extraction, bone graft, and implant surgery.
