  • You are willing to sign a consent form.
  • You have a tooth that needs to be removed in the front or back of your upper or lower jaw.
  • You plan to get a dental implant in that spot in the future.
  • You do not have any major health conditions like high blood pressure, diabetes, osteoporosis, kidney disease, or thyroid problems.
  • You are not a heavy smoker (more than one pack a day) or a regular betel nut chewer.
  • You are not pregnant or breastfeeding.
