Who can take part

  • You have had OCD for at least 2 years and know that your obsessions or compulsions are not real.
  • Your OCD is severe—score over 20 on a standard symptom scale.
  • You have tried at least two different antidepressants or a full year of therapy without success.
  • You are not currently depressed or at risk of suicide.
  • You do not have epilepsy, metal in your head, or a pacemaker.
