  • You are a man aged 50-75 or a woman aged 18-75.
  • You are generally healthy based on a medical checkup and blood/urine tests.
  • You are not taking any medicines that affect heart rhythm (like certain diuretics) or drugs that raise uric acid (like pyrazinamide).
  • You have no history of gout, long QT syndrome, or heart problems.
  • Men must agree to use condoms and provide semen samples; women must use effective birth control.
