Who can take part
- Be between 18 and 45 years old and in generally good health with no chronic diseases
- Have normal blood pressure, heart rate, breathing rate, and body temperature at screening
- Have a healthy body weight (BMI between 18.5 and 30, and weigh at least 45 kg if female or 55 kg if male)
- Not be pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning pregnancy during the study and for 30 days after
- Not take regular medications, especially heart or liver medicines, and avoid alcohol and caffeine for one week before the study
- Not have allergies to the study medicine or related compounds, and not have a history of serious allergic reactions
