Who can take part

  • You have metastatic breast cancer that is HER2 negative and has a surface marker called GD2 (common in triple-negative, metaplastic, or high-grade estrogen-positive types).
  • You have tried at least one prior treatment for metastatic disease and it either stopped working or caused side effects that made you stop.
  • You are 18 years or older.
  • Your cancer is measurable on scans and you have a good performance status (able to do daily activities).
  • You have adequate blood counts, kidney function, liver function, and no active brain metastases, serious heart conditions, or uncontrolled infections.
