- Baby is 6 to 18 months old (adjusted for early birth if needed)
- Baby has abnormal muscle tone (too tight or too loose)
- Baby has never worn a SPIO or similar compression garment

- No other braces or casts that would interfere
- No botox shots in the last 3 months or surgery in the last year
