Who can take part
- You are 65 or older and use a Z-hypnotic sleep medication (like zolpidem or zopiclone) more than 4 days a week for more than 4 weeks.
- You do not have dementia, psychosis, major depression, or delirium.
- You are able to understand and agree to take part in the study.
- You can speak and understand Norwegian well enough to complete the tests.
