Who can take part

  • You have advanced prostate cancer that no longer responds to standard hormone therapies like abiraterone or enzalutamide.
  • Your PSA is above 2 and rising, and your testosterone is at castrate levels (very low).
  • You have not had chemotherapy for advanced prostate cancer, although you may have had docetaxel for earlier stage disease.
  • You are willing to have a biopsy of a metastatic lesion and have a lesion that can be biopsied safely.
  • You have adequate organ function (kidney, liver, blood counts) and are generally able to carry out daily activities (ECOG 0-2).
