Who can take part
- Smoke 5 or more cigarettes a day, at least 2 days a week, for the past year
- Have a breath test showing a carbon monoxide level of 6 or higher
- Want to cut your smoking by at least half and be willing to try nicotine pouches
- Able to read and understand English, and have email and internet access
- Not planning to quit smoking in the next 30 days
- Not pregnant or planning pregnancy in the next 6 months
