Who can take part

  • You must be at least 21 years old
  • You must be in good general health and have normal vital signs (heart rate below 110, blood pressure below 150/100)
  • You must test negative for illegal drugs (except THC) and no alcohol on breath at screening
  • You cannot have used oral nicotine pouches before
  • You are not currently trying to quit smoking or using stop-smoking aids
  • Either you are a daily cigarette smoker with a breath CO of 10 or higher, or you have used nicotine very little in your life (fewer than 100 times) and not in the past 30 days
