Who can take part

  • You have COPD or ILD (a type of lung disease).
  • You have been stable for the past month (no flare-ups).
  • You are able to participate in pulmonary rehabilitation.
  • You have not done pulmonary rehab in the last 6 months.
  • You have not had specialized palliative care in the last year.
  • You understand Portuguese and can speak/read it.
