Who can take part

  • You have a chronic lung condition like COPD, asthma, or another long-term breathing illness.
  • Your breathing has been stable for the past month with no major changes or flare-ups.
  • You have been referred to a pulmonary rehabilitation program.
  • You have a regular unpaid caregiver (a partner, family member, or friend) who helps you.
  • You are at least 18 years old.
