- You have had emotional or mental health struggles since your prostate cancer diagnosis.
- You scored 20 or higher on the Kessler-10 (a standard mental health checklist).
- You are 18 years old or older.
- You can speak, read, and write in Swedish.
- You have a computer, tablet, or smartphone with internet access and can use it for the program.
- You are not receiving other psychological therapy, and you have not had major medical changes in the last month.
