Who can take part

  • You are between 60 and 80 years old.
  • You can walk independently for at least 10 meters without a walking aid.
  • You have not had a surgery or injury affecting balance in the last 6 months.
  • You have not had 2 or more falls in the last 6 months.
  • You are not severely obese (BMI under 35).
