Who can take part

  • You have chronic pain that is not caused by cancer (for at least 3 months).
  • You are a veteran and have a computer with high-speed internet at home.
  • You do not have a serious mental health condition like psychosis or active substance use.
  • You are not currently in another psychological treatment for your pain.
  • You have not had serious thoughts of suicide in the past year.
