- You are 18 or older
- You live in a rural area (not a city or large suburb)
- You have chronic pain (lasting 3+ months) with at least two related diagnoses documented in your VA medical records at least 90 days apart in the past 2 years
- Your pain interferes with daily activities at least somewhat (measured by a brief questionnaire)
- You have reliable internet access and an email address on file at the VA
- You are willing to attend online sessions and practice mind-body skills at home
