Who can take part
- You are 18 or older and weigh more than 66 pounds.
- Your bile duct cancer is confirmed by biopsy and is either too advanced for surgery or has spread to only a few spots outside the liver (like up to 3 lymph nodes or a single small tumor in another organ).
- You are able to do your daily activities with minimal help (ECOG score 0 or 1).
- Your liver function is good (Child Pugh A, ALBI grade 1 or 2) and your blood counts and kidney function are within safe limits.
- You have not had more than one prior chemotherapy for this cancer, and no prior radiation beads or cancer vaccines.
