Who can take part

  • You are 18 or older and able to understand the study and sign consent.
  • You have bile duct cancer in the liver that cannot be removed by surgery (locally advanced) or has spread, and at least one visible liver tumor area.
  • Your scans (CT or MRI) show measurable disease that matches the study’s criteria.
  • Your general health is good enough for treatment (ECOG score 1 or less) and you are expected to live at least 12 more weeks.
  • Blood tests and organ function are adequate (blood counts, kidney function, and liver function within set limits).
  • You can safely receive Y-90 treatment per the interventional radiology assessment (for example, no anatomy that would push radiation harm to the lungs).
