Who can take part
- Biopsy-confirmed intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma (bile duct cancer in the liver) that can be surgically removed
- Cancer is confined to the liver and nearby lymph nodes—no spread to distant organs
- Recent imaging (CT or MRI) within 6 weeks showing the tumor
- Never received cancer treatment before (treatment naïve)
- Good overall health (ECOG performance status 0–1) with acceptable blood counts and organ function
- If of childbearing potential, willing to use contraception during and for 11 months after treatment
