Drug combo for advanced ampullary cancer

Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You have ampullary cancer that has spread or cannot be removed by surgery, and it has not been treated with systemic therapy before.
  • You are in generally good health (able to do daily activities without much help).
  • You have at least one tumor that can be measured on scans.
  • Your blood counts and liver/kidney function are within acceptable ranges.
  • You are willing to use effective birth control during the study.
  • You have not had certain other cancer drugs before (like certain targeted therapies or immunotherapies).
