Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 75 years old.
  • You have been diagnosed with pancreatic cancer that is high-risk (e.g., large tumor, high CA 19-9 level) or borderline resectable (tumor touching key blood vessels but still potentially removable).
  • You have not had any previous chemotherapy, radiation, or surgery for this cancer.
  • You do not have BRCA1/2 or PALB2 gene mutations.
  • You have good overall health (ECOG score 0 or 1) and adequate organ function (kidney, liver, blood counts).
  • You are willing to use effective contraception if you or your partner could become pregnant.
