Who can take part
- You have a type of advanced solid tumor that has not responded to standard treatments or for which no standard treatment exists.
- You are expected to live at least 3 more months.
- You are able to perform daily activities with little to no help (ECOG score 0 or 1).
- You have at least one tumor that can be measured by scans (CT, MRI, etc.).
- You are willing to provide a tumor tissue sample from a previous biopsy or a new one.
- Your heart, blood, kidney, and liver function are within acceptable limits.
