Who can take part

  • You have a type of advanced solid tumor that has not responded to standard treatments or for which no standard treatment exists.
  • You are expected to live at least 3 more months.
  • You are able to perform daily activities with little to no help (ECOG score 0 or 1).
  • You have at least one tumor that can be measured by scans (CT, MRI, etc.).
  • You are willing to provide a tumor tissue sample from a previous biopsy or a new one.
  • Your heart, blood, kidney, and liver function are within acceptable limits.
