Advanced Solid Tumor (Phase 1)

Who can take part

  • You have one of the listed cancer types (like ovarian, lung, or colorectal cancer) that has spread or cannot be removed by surgery.
  • Your cancer has gotten worse during or after standard treatment, or you cannot tolerate that treatment, or you have chosen not to have standard treatment. You must have had at least one prior chemotherapy or similar therapy.
  • You have at least one tumor that can be measured on scans.
  • Your doctor expects you to live for at least 12 more weeks.
  • You are not pregnant or breastfeeding, and you do not have an active uncontrolled infection or certain viral infections (HIV, hepatitis B or C).
