Who can take part

  • You must be a man age 18 or older.
  • You must have high-risk or very high-risk prostate cancer that has not spread beyond the prostate (confirmed by imaging).
  • You must be scheduled to have your prostate removed (radical prostatectomy) and lymph node dissection.
  • You must not have had any prior treatment for prostate cancer (like hormone therapy, radiation, or surgery).
  • Your PSMA PET scan must show strong activity (SUVmax at least 8) in the main tumor.
  • You must have good organ function (kidney, liver, blood counts) and be in good overall health (ECOG 0-1).
