Who can take part

  • You have Becker muscular dystrophy (BMD) and already took part in one of the earlier sevasemten studies (ARCH, CANYON/GRAND CANYON, or DUNE).
  • You completed all the required visits in that earlier study.
  • You did not have any new health problems during or after the last study that would make taking sevasemten again unsafe.
  • You are not taking certain medications that can interfere with sevasemten (CYP3A4 inhibitors or inducers).
  • You have not taken any other experimental drug in the past month (besides sevasemten).
  • You have not used oral corticosteroids (like prednisone or deflazacort) for your BMD in the last 6 months.
