- You are between 21 and 55 years old.
- You have been vaping nicotine every day for at least 6 months.
- You do not regularly use other tobacco products (like smokeless tobacco) or cannabis more than twice a week.
- You are in good health and not taking any medications that might be unsafe with this study.
- You have an interest in reducing your e-cigarette use.
- You are not pregnant, do not have a seizure disorder or traumatic brain injury, and are not currently using a nicotine patch or gum.
