Who can take part

  • You must be at least 18 years old.
  • A CT scan of your lungs must show signs that could be a serious fungal infection.
  • You must have had or be scheduled for a bronchoscopy to get a fluid sample from your lungs (within the last 48 hours or soon).
  • You must be willing and able to give your consent to join the study.
